Hi, I'm Frida.
I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and over a decade of experience helping women improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change.
I founded Lagom Wellness because I believe women deserve health advice that is clear, compassionate and grounded in science—not trends.
My mission is to help women better understand their bodies, feel confident in their choices and build habits that support lifelong health.
Outside of work you'll usually find me with my family, playing padel or golf, or spending time with my Icelandic horse, Örn.
Because balance isn't just something I teach—it's something I strive to live every day.
